Project Coordinator/Junior PM
Coordinators are the backbone of the Xrisk team. You will be expected to support the manager of one or more multi-disciplinary projects and take ownership over administrative processes and data gathering.
You are numerate, computer-literate, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate a record of high achievement in your field of interest.
Project Manager
The Xrisk Project Manager is a leader, not a paper-pusher. You will be expected to quickly take ownership of a project brief and identify the path to success. You will balance the competing demands of your team, customers and other stakeholders, delivering to time, budget and specification.
Typically with a degree from a Russell Group Institution or equivalent experience, you are able to analyse data and propose logical conclusions. You will be proficient in an industry standard methodology, but able to transcend the textbook processes and adapt to the unique environment of each customer.
Programme Manager
The Xrisk Programme Manager is a world-class leader, able to step back from the problems of the moment and identify long term risks. You can read a financial statement as quickly as the lay-person reads a newspaper. An able communicator, you will be comfortable in front of audiences from the factory floor to the boardroom.
With the potential to reach partner status, able to generate new business and find new markets, you are unconstrained by a job specification or list of qualifications.
